MADE LA was engaged by Geocon to bring an already designed and approved DA landscape through to completion.

MADE LA worked with the builder during the BA and Tender phase to incorporate architectural design changes and value management into the existing design without compromising the strong angular design language.

MADE LA has crafted an exceptional landscape for Aspen Village and Black Diamond. This project seamlessly integrates natural elements inspired by an alpine village with a contemporary angular landscape design, creating a cohesive and visually striking environment.

Central to the design is a rooftop garden that features open lawn areas, fire pits, BBQ areas, and a pool, offering residents a luxurious outdoor space with stunning views of the Brindabellas.

MADE LA completed all stages of design subsequent to the initial DA approval along with construction surveillance of the on block and verge landscape works. Ultimately achieving Unit Title Certification and TCCS Handover.
